SUBMIT A SCARY STORY
SPOOKY BOO’S SCARY STORY TIME
Thank you for your interest in sending your scary story to Spooky Boo to read over the podcast and youtube channels!
All stories accepted are used on the Creepypasta and True Scary Stories podcast and are read usually 5 days per week. Paranormal stories and random others are submitted to the Scary Story Time YouTube channel while the dark web, stalker, and soon ghost stories are niched. YouTube stories come out once per week on the channels and the podcast is usually once per day. Patreon, however, is as the episode is created and is commercial-free. It also might have stories that are not available to the public. Pick your poison below!
If you would like to submit your story to one of the following websites then fill out the form at the bottom of this page:
Please note that not all submissions are accepted and at this time there is no pay for submitting a story but I will put your links and name in the story if you so choose. Only send your stories in via the form. If you would like to send something other than a story or if the story is in a paperback or hardcover book that you have written, please send to: Spooky Boo’s Scary Story Time, PO BOX 5335, Pleasanton, CA 94566. If you would like to call in a 3-minute scary story or leave a message for Spooky Boo to be played on Sunday Night livestream, please call 707-776-6592 and leave a message. Note that not all messages are played. Any with inappropriate content will be ignored. That is just a list of stories. If you have a story in another category and it is scary, please do send it in!
ONLY send in stories that you have written. This is very important! If I get a copyright claim by someone else I will pass it on to you and the story will be removed. If anyone falsely submits a claim then I will be sure people know about it so be sure that if you are the original author either way I will protect your rights.
Stories should be unique and original. If you are the author of a creepypasta that is on another website, please do send the original link as they should be listed as the first content site to include the story.
We do not accept these types of stories:
Absolutely no PORN, please don’t. Just don’t. I don’t care if it is erotica, erotic romance, has a million awards, etc. Please do not send in porn.
No stories that are created to arouse the reader are allowed. Again, just don’t. It will not be accepted here.
Paranormal romance type stories are not allowed unless it is based on horror and without erotica. No dipping the stick in the sauce, ok? If I do ever come out with any type of adult content of that nature it will be a subscription pay service and I don’t believe Patreon has that type of offering.
Pedos can go talk a walk off a short plank. Do not send any type of pedo stories of any kind. At all. In fact, do not listen to my content at all. Go report yourself to the feds for everyone’s sake.
No stories about incest. Not interested. Not a porn site and the topic is just gross.
Stories told about graphic violence just to be graphic are generally not accepted. Creepy is always better than blood and gore. Both can be great if there is a real plot or storyline. So make sure your splatterpunk or whatnot has a reason to be told besides just being gory. I like gory, so make it interesting!
No sexual content, even in splatterpunk. I am a podcast. YouTube hates it and podcasts typically do not really censor it. Of course, I know that is up to the parents, but many just don’t bother paying attention so I won’t be adding anything sexual within the stories that go out on the general podcasts nor do I like a lot of swearing. It really isn’t needed except to maybe convey fear of some sort but those are often censored by the companies of YouTube and the podcasts anyway.
